THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

This is your chance to lead and grow Reebok’s performance categories in Australia and New Zealand. As Category Manager – Sport, you’ll drive the strategy, range planning and commercial success of Reebok’s training, running, basketball, football, golf and tennis categories across both footwear and apparel. This pivotal role offers full ownership of the sports performance business, blending Reebok’s global innovation with local market opportunities to deliver winning ranges for athletes and fitness consumers.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Category Strategy & Ownership – Lead the end-to-end management of Reebok’s performance categories, defining seasonal strategy, line plans and financial targets.

- Range Planning & Merchandising – Build compelling, consumer-focused assortments that showcase Reebok performance technology and innovation while meeting commercial goals.

- Consumer & Market Insights – Analyse sell-through, consumer trends and competitor activity to guide ranging and maintain a competitive edge.

- Global & Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Reebok global teams to influence future development, and work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Planning, eComm and Retail to deliver best-in-class GTM execution.

- Commercial & Financial Management – Own category performance, driving revenue, margin and sell-through, supported by regular analysis and reporting.

ABOUT YOU

- 5+ years’ experience in apparel and/or footwear, ideally with a global sports brand.

- Strategic thinker with a deep love for sport, product and consumer trends.

- Commercially savvy – confident in both numbers and knowing what excites athletes and fitness consumers.

- Strong expertise in range building, line planning and merchandising execution.

- An exceptional communicator and collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments, including sell-in with wholesale partners.

- Energised by working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with an ownership mindset.
