Industrial Electrician – Project Based | $75 p/h

You’re a skilled tradesperson with a strong background in electrical work. You’re a natural leader, and you’ve probably fixed things with cable ties and sheer willpower.

Now it’s time to level up. Our client is looking for an Industrial Electrician to join their team. This is not your average “clock-in, clock-out” role. You’ll be on the road, running top-tier projects, working with a crew that knows their stuff — and still managing to look cool doing it in hi-vis.

Your New Role

- Leading from the front on installs, maintenance, and breakdowns
- Reading schematics without needing to squint or swear (too much)
- Keeping jobs running smoothly and safely — no cowboy antics here
- Being the go-to for troubleshooting, mentoring, and team support
- Acting as the link between site, clients, and management

Who You Are

- Electrical trade qualification (QLD licence = bonus)
- Solid experience in the industrial space — automation, heavy gear, factories
- Leadership skills that make people actually want to work with you
- Safety-first mindset — PPE isn’t optional
- Bonus points: PLC/control systems experience
