We're seeking Replenishment Assistants to join our NEW MECCA PAKINGTON ST STORE in Geelong, VIC Your main responsibilities will include maintaining stock levels, presenting products impeccably, and contributing to exceptional customer experiences.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

- Assist and support the store in delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
- Support management in executing MECCA’s customer service initiatives and focus areas
- Perform daily stock maintenance and cyclical stock management processes
- Contribute to overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities

What success looks like in this role:

- Maintain effective store operations that support exceptional customer service experiences
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the brand and product offerings
- Uphold a positive health and safety culture
