Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Be the go-to expert in-store for your category whether it be makeup, skin and fragrance; helping our customers to find the best products for their needs and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing.
• Makeup service delivery, this includes booked services from natural to full glam to 1:1 makeup lessons.
• In off-peak times, you will play a key role in other areas of the store, supporting the customer journey, upskilling your peers, and self-development.
• Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store.

Requirement of the role

• Availability to work late evenings and weekends

• Proven experience in performing services in your category.
• Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that help them to feel amazing in their own skin.
• Ability to coach and upskill your peers and demonstrate your expertise to build your category.
