Key Responsibilities

- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Design and execute high‑impact projects to improve operational efficiencies, scale business verticals, and drive innovation across the company.

- Execution Excellence: Oversee the end‑to‑end implementation of project initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.

- Analytical Insights: Gather, analyse, and interpret data to guide decision‑making, identify opportunities, and measure project success.

- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Business Intelligence, and Operations, as well as external partners, to align efforts and drive results.

- Problem Solving & Iteration: Tackle ambiguous challenges, test hypotheses, iterate based on feedback, and refine solutions to ensure success.

- Operational Improvements: Dive deep into ground‑level operations to identify pain points and implement sustainable, scalable solutions.

What we are looking for

- Owner Mindset: 4‑6 years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, strategy and operations roles in high‑growth startups, or special projects teams in scaling organizations.

- Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to analyse and interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and apply them effectively to real‑world scenarios.

- Execution Excellence: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

- Adaptability: Proven track record of working on ambiguous problems, with the ability to innovate and deliver solutions with limited guidance or playbooks.

- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and manage relationships with external partners.

- Customer‑Centric Approach: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative solutions and operational improvements.
