WorkPac are seeking an experienced Planning Administrator to join our client's team in Mt Thorley, NSW.
- Location: Mt Thorley, NSW
- Contract: 12-Month
- Employment type: Casual
- Hours: Monday to Friday (8-hour days)
- Pay rate: $35.00-$35.49 p/hour
What you will be doing
- Scheduling and planning via SimPRO
- Client communication and coordination
- Invoicing and timesheet processing
- Liaising with site technicians and trades labour pool
What you will need
- Experience in planning, scheduling, or administration (ideally within trades, facilities, or service industries)
- Familiarity with SimPRO or similar job management software
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
