APEX Health Movement Career Opportunity: Exercise Physiologist
Position Overview
This role is suited to an Exercise Physiologist who is either just starting out or in the first few years of their career. You’ll be supported to develop confidence, refine your clinical reasoning, and learn to think critically and creatively in how you manage clients.
You’ll work with a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal, neurological, and chronic disease clients, as well as performance-based populations. No two days will look the same.
Beyond client care, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that strengthen our programs, refine systems, and help shape the future direction of the APEX brand.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence Deliver high-quality, evidence-informed care for musculoskeletal and neurological clients. 90% client satisfaction and consistent case progress.
Critical Thinking and Innovation Approach problems with curiosity and creativity, designing solutions that fit each individual. Demonstrates consistent progress in complex cases.
Collaboration Work closely with other clinicians to ensure a seamless, team-based approach to care. Active participation in case discussions and shared plans.
Community and Brand Engagement Contribute to workshops, education, or community initiatives that represent APEX values. Minimum one contribution per quarter.
Project Work Take part in team projects that improve systems, programs, or the client experience. Completion of at least one project per year.

Qualifications and Attributes
- Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) registration with ESSA
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for helping clients achieve long-term change
- Interest in musculoskeletal, neurological, or performance-based rehab
- A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to projects and innovation
