THE ROLE:

You will curate the hotel experience for our guests by:

1. Achieving and exceeding guest hygiene standards.
2. Ensuring the presentation of the hotel is of a high standard in both cleanliness and presentation.
3. Cleaning all general areas, including bathrooms, and replenishing amenities to the highest quality and efficiency.
4. Ensuring rooms meet high standards in cleanliness and presentation.
5. Cleaning rooms, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities efficiently.
6. Responding to guest requests for amenities or additional items in a timely manner.

ABOUT YOU:

Your talents will include:

1. Experience in housekeeping operations within a hotel is preferred but not essential.
2. Excellent organization and time management skills, with strong and clear communication skills.
3. Strong attention to detail in cleaning and presentation.
4. Commitment to delivering excellent service and meeting quality standards.
5. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
