We are a diverse team working together to promote a collaborative, helpful and respectful culture.**ROLE PROFILE:** The successful candidate will report directly to the Accounting Supervisor and be responsible for a variety of duties across the financial accounting function. **RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Timely and accurate monthly closing i.e. ensures all authorised journals are processed and appropriate accruals are made.* Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures* Ensure all Group & ANZ financial reporting deadlines are met* Ensure timely completion of monthly general ledger reconciliation* Ensure timely completion of weekly cashflow forecasting* Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts to provide relevant and timely financial information to management* Assist in the review of weekly suppliers’ payment* Assist in the annual audit* Assist in the preparation of annual FBT returns* Assist in the preparation of annual income tax returns* Assist in regional and group reporting as required**QUALIFICATIONS:** ERM attracts staff that build excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and staff that are able to work in fast-paced project environments.
