About the Role:

Are you a passionate Speech Pathologist who is looking to make a difference in the lives of others? We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to a variety of clients, including children and adults. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and work closely with clients and their families to achieve their goals.

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine the patient's needs and goals.

- Develop individualised treatment plans that address the patient's needs and goals.

- Implement treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.

- Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

- Educate clients and their families on the therapy process and techniques.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

- Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients throughout their therapy.

Essential Criteria:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.

- Current membership with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (SPA).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
