About the Role
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based early intervention to children aged 0–6
- Conduct sessions in the home, school, kinder, clinic or online, based on client needs
- Help clients with speech, language, social communication, and fluency
- Work collaboratively with families and a transdisciplinary team
- Create clear reports, treatment plans, and family-friendly resources
- Participate in whole team and discipline-specific PD and mentoring
Support Available
- Senior Speech Pathologist on site for supervision and mentoring
- Monthly check-ins with other Senior Speech Pathologists
- Structured onboarding process and flexible targets
- IT and resource support included from Day 1
- Encouragement to take part in innovative programs and charity initiatives

Requirements/Skills
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience
