Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Business Systems Lead to drive the performance, integration, and continuous improvement of our business systems. This role is central to enabling our sales teams with the tools, data, and systems they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve revenue growth.
You will lead the optimisation of CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and customer data systems, working closely with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure technology supports business goals and drives commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the management and enhancement of Salesforce CRM and other sales enablement platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
- Drive automation, data integration, and reporting capabilities to support lead generation, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
- Ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and higher user engagement across platforms.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee system upgrades, integrations, and support.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to sales users to maximise system value.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
About You
- Proven experience in business systems leadership within a sales-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM platforms, and customer lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on commercial outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business systems or CRM management in a sales or customer-focused organisation.
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, or similar
