We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeping Attendant to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort across our vibrant all-age rental community in Taigum. If you take pride in creating welcoming spaces and enjoy working independently in a supportive team environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Ingenia Taigum Rentals offers comfortable, affordable, and community-focused living for residents of all ages in a welcoming and well-maintained environment.

Reporting to the Site Manager, this is a casual role where additional hours may be able to be picked up during peak seasons.

In this role you’ll

- Clean rooms, communal areas, and appliances to a high standard
- Replenish supplies and remove expired items from fridges
- Maintain tidy and well-stocked storage areas
- Safely handle cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Report maintenance needs, damage, or lost property

You’re Likely a Match If You

- Have strong attention to detail and time management
- Can work independently and follow instructions
- Are friendly and professional, with good communication skills
- Are physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
- Hold a current ‘C’ class driver’s licence
