Join ACMI as a casual Events and Programs Stage Manager and work with our professional and supportive teams to deliver exceptional experiences. This role is the central communication point for live events and delivers effective on‑ground event management. The role is vital in ensuring the successful delivery of quality events and public programs for ACMI.

What you’ll bring to the role
- Stage or event management experience delivering public/corporate/festival programs and events to engage audiences within a cultural organisation or similar. Experience in a festival, fast‑paced production environment is ideal.
- Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
- Relationship building skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills plus the ability to prioritise activities and meet competing demands.
- Strong systematic decision‑making capability with the ability to work as a collaborative team player and also work independently when required.
What we offer
- This Grade 3 role is offered on a casual basis with a casual hourly rate of $49.88 plus super and allowances. ACMI is looking for flexible team members who are available to work weekdays, weekends and/or evenings.
