At Suncorp Group, we’re looking for passionate professionals to join our Terri Scheer Claims team – one of Australia’s leading providers of landlord insurance. This is a 12-month contract opportunity starting Monday, 27th October, offering you the chance to step into a meaningful role where you’ll support customers through some of their most challenging moments.
Why This Role Matters
As a Claims Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for landlords navigating property damage, tenant issues, or financial loss. You’ll support them through every stage of their claim – ensuring the process is smooth, fair, and handled with care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage claims end-to-end – Own a portfolio, providing clear, timely updates and outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional service – Be the calm, trusted advisor during stressful times.
- Collaborate across teams – Work with assessors, trades, internal departments, and external partners for the best outcomes.
- Apply sound judgement – Balance policies, procedures, and empathy.
- Drive improvements – Share ideas and feedback to enhance processes.
