Faculty Marketing Partner

- Remuneration: $163,646 to $183,034 pa. Which is inclusive of an annual salary range of $138,282 to $154,666 pa, 17% superannuation, and leave loading.
- Location: Kelvin Grove (hybrid option available)
- Open to: The position is open to current staff members of QUT who have ongoing full-time work rights in Australia. Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Faculty Marketing Partner to join the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and President, Chancellery Division.

The Faculty Marketing Partner leads the marketing and recruitment strategy to support the domestic student goals of the Faculty of Business and Law.

As well as professional services provided to the university community, the Department is responsible for a variety of communication functions and oversees relevant policies, protocols and governance arrangements.

What you need to succeed

1. Education, training and/or experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience in marketing, recruitment or a related discipline.
2. Demonstrated experience in leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategically aligned marketing and recruitment strategies and advertising campaigns.
3. Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and develop excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.
4. Extensive experience in leading, coaching and developing an innovative, creative team that provides a wide range of marketing services in a complex and diverse environment.
5. Proven ability to think creatively and strategically in developing future-focused service delivery.
6. Proven experience in leading marketing and recruitment strategy and initiatives for postgraduate, short courses and executive education.
