Marketing Services Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing services team as a Faculty Marketing Partner. This role involves leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of marketing and recruitment strategies and advertising campaigns across various channels.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to think creatively and strategically in developing future-focused service delivery. They will also have excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and develop excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.
The Faculty Marketing Partner will work closely with the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and President, Chancellery Division to achieve domestic student goals of the Faculty of Business and Law. This involves leading a team that provides a wide range of marketing services in a complex and diverse environment. The position offers opportunities for professional development and growth, including leadership programs and workshops, and our study assistance scheme.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the marketing services team to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns that meet business objectives. You will also oversee relevant policies, protocols and governance arrangements related to marketing services.
