In the role of Business Banking Executive, you will join the Metro & Specialised team that’s doubling down on customer obsession

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

- Develop and execute local business strategy to optimise financial, customer, and risk outcomes

- Provide clear leadership to foster a high-performing, positive team culture

- Build strong relationships with key customers and community influencers

- Manage revenue and expenses while ensuring compliance with risk and operational standards

- Lead initiatives to reduce bad debts, manage credit risk, and improve asset quality

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

- Track record of banking experience across business, private, corporate, credit, or specialised sectors

- Proven track record managing businesses with full revenue and expense accountability

- Demonstrated leadership in high-performing teams within financial services

- Ability to develop and coach your reports to differentiate market

- Strong strategic thinking, sales and product knowledge

- Pursuit to lead change to ready us for the future

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance or commerce; postgraduate qualifications are a plus
