Our purpose is to make everyday better, guided by our values of partnership, tenacity, enjoyment, and care.In this role you will utilise your expertise in civil engineering design to deliver conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs for a wide range of water related projects.**The Opportunity**We’re looking for an **Associate or Senior Associate Civil Engineer** to join our multidisciplinary water team in Adelaide. You’ll take the lead on project engineering and management, providing solutions and service to clients both on site and remotely.You’ll bring experience from a consulting or utility environment, ideally with a background in the design of water and wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, pump stations and conveyance pipelines. Your responsibilities will include reviewing design requirements, conducting site investigations, performing calculations and modelling, overseeing drafting, and preparing reports and specifications. You’ll build strong client relationships and demonstrate a clear understanding of their core business needs. You’ll also contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, continuous improvement and professional growth.**About You**You’re looking for autonomy, career flexibility and purpose in your work.
