We are currently seeking applications from candidates to work with our dedicated Community team with the opportunity to develop a career within the Victorian Public Health Sector.

As a Health Care Worker in ourMy Community Health Careteam, you will provide person-centred care, assisting our consumers to remain living independently in their own homes by providing assistance with domestic and personal care, social support, respite, and transport.

This is aMonday to Friday roleand requires a current First Aid certificate or a willingness to obtain.Please speak to a member of our team to discuss support, if you don't currently hold this certificate.

Within close proximity to Albury/Wodonga, you can enjoy some of north-east Victoria’s beautiful scenery whiletravelling between clients in company supplied vehicles. Our service covers the areas of Bethanga, Bellbridge, Dartmouth, Eskdale, Mitta Mitta and Tallangatta.

About you

You are passionate about what you do and want to support our consumers to live life to their potential.you also hold the following:

- Certificate III in Individual Support/ Aged Care or equivalent is desirable but not mandatory
- A clear and strong commitment to the providing quality care to our Consumers/Residents
- Strong communication and consumer service skills
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve
- Able to comprehend and follow written instructions and procedures
- Motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Current Drivers License

All appointments are made subject to the required security screening including National Criminal History, NDIS Worker Screening checks andan immunisation status appropriate to the role, including the annual Influenza vaccination.
