Salary: $76,912 - $82,464 per annum (pro-rata) + 25% loading over 46 weeks (DOE (RCS) CSA 2024) This is a permanent full-time position commencing January 2026 Actual remuneration for this position is $93,867 ($76,912 salary + $16,955 loading). The Role The Boarding Supervisor will support and reinforce appropriate values and behaviours of students, supervise them, and fulfill duty of care requirements in line with Department policy. The role requires respect for and embrace of diversity, provision of opportunities that support students’ academic, social, emotional and physical development, and prompt reporting of concerns with student and staff wellbeing, occupational safety, and maintenance matters to senior staff.
