As we continue our mission to shake things up and make payments the easiest part of doing business, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills with hands-on experience, further your career, and help unleash the potential of our customers, one payment at a time.* At least five years’ experience in a risk, compliance, or audit role, ideally* within a technology-driven organisation or a finance/payments environment.* At least three years’ experience within a compliance function, with a specialisation in AML/CTF compliance.* Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the AML/CTF Act, associated Rules, reforms, and relevant regulatory expectations.* Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.* Excellent reporting and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.* A collaborative team player who can also work independently, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a changing environment.If you’ve got this far, then you might just be a great fit for us.
