Rehabilitation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct clinical assessments and create comprehensive reports and recommendations.
2. Provide ongoing health coaching, injury prevention, and rehabilitation services.
3. Develop return-to-work plans and provide job preparation, job-seeking, and vocational counselling.
4. Liaise with clients, employers, and medical practitioners to support clients' rehabilitation journeys.
5. Ensure compliance with service level agreements and maintain accurate case management records.
Skills & Experience:
1. Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology (essential).
2. Full and current registration in your discipline (Provisional registration as a psychologist is acceptable).
3. Strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to work independently.
4. Experience in workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and OHS legislation is desirable.
Key Competencies:
1. Excellent case management and report writing skills.
2. Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service and generate repeat business.
3. Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills.
Additional Requirements:
1. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
