About the Role
  • Deliver assessments & counselling to individuals experiencing significant changes in their career goals and circumstances.
  • Conduct assessments to guide clients towards new career paths.
  • Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes.
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop, implement, and monitor programs to assist injured employees in returning to work.
  • Visit workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured or ill workers and educate employers on the benefits of good work practices.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (Masters Degree required for Psychology applicants).
  • Registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
  • Passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
