Key Responsibilities

Support the Service Manager and team to deliver high-quality business services.

Provide customer service at the Bendigo Government Hub (in-person and phone).

Manage fleet vehicles, contractors, and general office/site needs.

Order and maintain office supplies.

Keep databases up to date and prepare reports.
-
Assist in project and priority delivery.
-
Promote a culturally safe, inclusive work environment.

Key Selection Criteria

Experience/Qualifications

-
Experience in office administration is desirable.

Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and strive for quality service.

Teamwork: Work well with others, share information, and help when needed.

Interpersonal Skills: Be respectful, professional, and mindful of others' feelings.

Tech Skills: Confident using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.); basic understanding of digital trends like cybersecurity and automation.

- Experienced in admin and customer service, with strong coordination skills and a proactive approach to keeping office operations running smoothly.
