About ACC Marsden Park
ACC Marsden Park is a K-12, co-educational Christian school located in Sydney’s thriving North West corridor. It features a semi-rural setting experiencing growth and development. The school currently educates over 1300 on-campus students and more than 700 via its distance education program, with strategic plans for future growth.
About our Culture
Our College-Wide Teaching and Learning framework revolves around three “Signature Pedagogies”: Explicit Direct Instruction, Specific Targeted Feedback, and Thinking Through Writing, which foster deep learning. Our pedagogical approach is informed by Cognitive Load Theory and inspired by educators and institutions such as Hollingsworth and Ybarra, Lemov, Hochman and Wexler, and Michaela Community School in London.

About the Role
We are seeking a Studio and Production Specialist (Full-Time) to support our campus in becoming a leader in Technology and Innovation within the education sector. The role involves producing high-quality content that communicates the College’s mission and vision effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Shooting and editing curriculum content for both on-campus and distance education.
- Maintaining high standards in video and photo content creation.
- Understanding live and post-production audio systems at a middle level.
- Having a general understanding of Blackmagic broadcast systems.
- Mentoring and training students throughout their schooling.
- Traveling offsite for excursions and events.
- Applying a strong graphic design mindset.
About You
- You have an active Christian faith.
- You hold a current Employee Working With Children Check.
- You possess relevant qualifications and proficiency in:
- Technology troubleshooting
- Davinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro
- Adobe Lightroom
- Adobe Suite
