About ACC Marsden Park
ACC Marsden Park is a K-12, co-educational Christian School located in Sydney’s North West corridor, in a semi-rural setting experiencing growth and development.
We have over 1300 on-campus students and more than 700 via Distance Education. We are actively expanding with a strategic growth plan in place.

About the Role
We seek a Full-Time Secondary Distance Education Teacher to start in Term 3 Week 1 (28 July 2025). The role involves:
- Planning, preparing, and delivering effective learning programs for students.
- Contributing to school objectives and planning.
- Maintaining an orderly learning environment.
- Delivering quality teaching aligned with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and relevant curricula.
- Keeping teaching skills current and knowledgeable of curriculum requirements.
- Supporting students’ wellbeing and behaviour management.
- Ensuring students’ physical, social, cultural, and emotional safety and development.
- Assessing student progress and providing feedback.
- Maintaining student records and reporting.
- Collaborating on curriculum development and evaluating teaching effectiveness.
- Participating in decision-making and professional development.
About You
- Active Christian faith.
- Suitable qualification and NESA accreditation (or eligibility).
- Ability to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes.
- Excellence in teaching per the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
- Receptive to feedback and willing to implement improvements.
- Proficient in planning, data analysis, and devising strategies to enhance student outcomes.
- Current Employee Working With Children Check.
