ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Engineer to join a leading civil contractor on a major infrastructure project in Coffs Harbour, NSW. What You’ll Be Doing:

- Lead engineering and delivery aspects of a $60M utility works package

- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and subcontractors on-site
- Liaise with clients, utility providers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination

- Oversee planning, scheduling, and project controls to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

- Apply your knowledge of construction plant, methods, and productivity to maximise efficiency

- Monitor contract compliance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

- Degree-qualified Civil Engineer with 6+ years of post-grad experience

- Strong background in utility works or civil infrastructure projects

- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

- Solid understanding of modern construction techniques and equipment

- Skilled in project planning, cost management, and contract administration

- Must have full working rights in Australia
