Technical Manager page is loaded## Technical Managerlocations: St Peterstime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 118259**About This Role** Responsible for the technical operations in the CAE Sydne training center* Min 8 years of relevant experience in technical operations.* Responsible for the maintenance and operation of FSTD and related equipment.* Responsible to manage the team of simulator Engineers and technicians on a day to day basis to achieve the established goals and objectives of the technical department.* Coordinate delivery and qualification of new simulators and other training devices; plan and execute engineering updates when required.* Overall responsibility for an extensive inventory that includes spare parts, materials and consumables.* Responsible for the regulatory compliance and the certification of the FSTD’s by various local and external aviation authoritiesResponsible for achieving and sustaining the established operational KPIs on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.Responsible of training center Budget* Create annual CapEx and OpEx budgets and control expenditures.* Responsible for cost management for corresponding cost centersAssure the highest level of customer service is delivered by staff to all customers.Responsible for the implementation of a quality assurance program that includes performance measures for training device reliability.* Responsible for ensuring and sustaining the highest level of Environment, Health and Safety compliance as per the established Global EHS policies and practices.
