This exciting opportunity is a part-time, one-year parental leave cover position, commencing Monday, 8th December.The successful person will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and enhance the shopping centre's profile.Building and maintaining a market presence to ensure the centre is marketed in a manner reflective of its status.Managing relationships with key stakeholders within the local community to ensure the centre is firmly established as the destination of choice for the trade area.* Develop, prepare and execute the annual marketing plan, calendar and budget.* Report marketing results regarding performance of campaigns.* Prepare and implement the annual marketing budget in line with the centre business plan.* Develop campaign planners and assist in executing campaign and promotional activities* Engage and communicate with retailers on promotional opportunities and campaign objectives* Produce media and advertising requirements in line with the marketing plan.* Develop and manage a Digital plan that creates Centre awareness and sales opportunities**Desired experience and technical skills****Required*** 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role is required as is a demonstrated ability in delivering high quality, effective and creative marketing and brand positioning strategies* A working knowledge of all traditional, digital and social media/relationship marketing tools is required* Excellent reporting, analysing and Microsoft Office skills is required.**Preferred*** Previous property experience in a retail environment is highly desirableIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
