Your Role
We’re seeking a motivated Warehouse/Distribution Supervisor to join our B&D Garage Doors team at our Malaga manufacturing site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading warehouse operations, driving efficiency, and supporting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including safety, equipment, materials, and housekeeping
- Lead and support your team with clear priorities, training, and resources
- Assist in maintaining accurate stock control and drive process improvements
- Ensure compliance with B&D and DuluxGroup safety protocols
- Manage transport logistics including third-party providers
- Operate forklifts as required (LF License desirable)
- Supervise warehouse personnel and foster a collaborative team environment

What You’ll Bring
- Prior leadership experience in warehouse/distribution
- SAP experience and LF forklift license (desirable)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A hands‑on, flexible approach with attention to detail
- Willingness to work weekends and support the team as needed
- A reliable, positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
