The Role – Make a Strategic Impact

This isn't just compliance – it's about being proactive, strategic, and respected onsite. Reporting to both the Project Manager and HSEQ Manager, you'll:

- Proactively plan and manage upcoming risks across dynamic construction sites
- Drive leading HSE practices through infield coaching, inspections, and audits
- Ensure clear, concise reporting on key HSE indicators – daily, weekly, and monthly
- Support and develop site teams through on-the-ground leadership and coaching
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HSE systems and processes

Your Background

We're looking for someone who knows how to operate in high-risk environments, communicates with influence, and leads by example.

Must have:

- 5+ years in a site-based HSE role, ideally FIFO
- Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (or higher)
- White Card + Valid Driver's Licence
- Strong incident investigation skills
- Solid understanding of construction risk across multiple disciplines

Highly regarded:

- Cert IV in Training & Assessment
- ICAM Investigation or Auditing qualifications
- ISO management system experience (45001 / 14001)
