Intermediate/Advanced Rigger

Overview

SRG Global is seeking an Accounts Manager with our asset maintenance division. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of scaffolding access projects within the commercial and industrial sectors across the Metro region. This role oversees project planning, execution, commercial performance, client engagement, and compliance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The role also provides operational support to regional business units in the North and South West.

Due to exciting growth and future pipeline of work we have a number of positions opening within our Geotechnical team. This includes a Junior Civil Engineer to join our Asset Integrity Team in Newcastle.

What follows includes long-term shutdown works with roster planning 3–6 months in advance across Tier 1 clients in Pilbara and Port Hedland region.

We are seeking Rope Access (all IRATA levels), Boilermakers and Riggers (Intermediate or Advanced) for long-term shutdown opportunities local to the Southwest, along the Kwinana Strip & Peel, and for various shutdown roles including Mechanical Supervisors in the Kwinana region.

The Opportunity

- Execute rigging activities across a variety of fixed plant equipment, including tanks, hoppers, chutes, conveyors, and structural supports.
- Support shutdown and maintenance works, including the removal and installation of heavy plant components.
- Perform dual lifts and complex rigging setups in accordance with engineering and lift plans.
- Collaborate with crane crews, mechanical fitters, and scaffolders to deliver safe and efficient outcomes.
- Ensure all lifting operations comply with relevant high-risk work standards, procedures, and site safety protocols.

What You Need

- High Risk Work Licence – Intermediate or Advanced Rigging and be able to pass a VOC
- Working at Heights & Confined Space (Within 2 years).
- Construction White Card
- Pass a pre-employment medical.
- Hold a current driver’s license.
