About Us:
Right at Home is a trusted provider of in-home care supporting individuals with disabilities, seniors, and those recovering from illness or injury. Operating within the NDIS and Home Care programs, we prioritize quality, respect, and client-centered services.

Role Overview:
As a Personal Care / NDIS Support Worker, you will deliver compassionate in-home support, helping clients maintain independence and dignity through personal care, domestic assistance, health monitoring, companionship, transportation, and support for achieving NDIS goals. You will document care activities and collaborate with families and health professionals.

Qualifications

Preferred experience in aged care, disability, or community support, along with relevant certifications such as Certificate III or IV, First Aid, CPR, and police checks. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. You should have a compassionate, proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to engage in further training is also important.
