Synopsis:

Haileybury is welcoming applications for the position of Data and Integration Administrator to join our ICT team. This is a 12-month fixed-term role, commencing December 2025.

Responsibilities

As the ICT Data and Integration Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of application databases and integrations across Haileybury. This includes developing and maintaining database views, automation procedures, and ensuring reliable database performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring reliable operation, maintenance, and development of application databases and integrations.
- Delivering professional support to staff, students, and parents, resolving issues.
- Proactively monitoring systems, contributing to service enhancements, and working closely with ICT teams and stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a team player who brings the following skills and experience:

- Proven experience in SQL and database development, including T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning, and relational database design.
- A problem-solving mindset with expertise in data integration, operational support, vendor management, and maintaining clear documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, manage competing priorities, and uphold legal, privacy, and security standards.
