Your Role:
- Provide knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products
- Build relationships with customers, offering warm, genuine service
- Keep the store organised and shelves well‑stocked (some heavy lifting required)
- Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
- Work as part of a supportive, team‑focused environment

About You:
