About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Partnerships & Sales Executive to help us grow our business and deliver exceptional value to our clients. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about sales, and thrive on building market-leading partnerships.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across pre-paid, sponsorships, and cross-platform opportunities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Develop and execute customer-specific sales plans.
- Drive incremental revenue through collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain a pipeline of short-, mid-, and long-term opportunities.

Reporting & Implementation

- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
- Support forecasting and trend analysis using historical data.
- Collaborate on quarterly strategy sessions and revenue planning.
- Oversee execution of cross-platform campaigns.
- Deliver post-campaign reports.

Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or Advertising.
- Minimum 3+ years in sales, media, or loyalty industries within the Australian market.
- Proven success in selling integrated cross-platform solutions.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized self-starter with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
- Passion for content and the entertainment industry.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
