Responsibilities
As an experienced Mental Health Nurse, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to young people aged 12 up to 18 years with a primary diagnosis of Eating Disorder. You will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, as well as providing mentorship and support to team members. Your day-to-day will include:

- Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care

- Observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided
Qualifications and Requirements
- A relevant nursing qualification
- NMC registration
- Strong teamwork skills
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
- Preceptorship completed (required to be considered for this position)

Employer and Service
Brighton & Hove Clinic provides a CAMHS Tier 4 Eating Disorder service for young people aged 12 up to 18 years with a primary diagnosis of Eating Disorder, or an eating difficulty with a co-morbid presentation such as Depression, OCD or Anxiety or Self-harm.
