Full Time or Part Time Options in our regional offices
About the role
Promote positive mental health outcomes for clients in the primary care setting, including:
- Delivery of a collaborative, goal orientated, evidence-based therapeutic interventions and strategies within a primary care setting for eligible clients.
- Identifying agencies and community groups that will assist with facilitation of treatment and recovery.
About You
- A genuine caring nature with a passion to help others.
- Have excellent communication skills to build meaningful relationships
- Have any of the following qualifications suitable for appropriate registration:
- Social Worker
- Psychologist / Provisional Psychologist / Occupational Therapist
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of two years full-time post-graduate experience working within a primary/community mental health setting or equivalent (desirable).
