Location: Varsity Lakes/Hybrid | Hours: 22.8 hours/week
Contract: 9-month maternity leave cover | Start Date: Week of 29th September 2025

This is an exciting opportunity to further your HR career in the growing aged care and disability sector. We are currently looking for a Part-Time People and Culture Advisor to join our Gold Coast office on a 9-month maternity leave cover, located in Varsity Lakes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end HR support across the organisation
- Support performance management and employee relations
- Oversee staff training, development plans, and compliance
- Implement employee engagement strategies and feedback systems
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers
- Ensure policies, procedures, and HR practices are compliant and current
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar People & Culture or HR Advisor role
- Knowledge of Fair Work and National Employment Standards
- A current and clear Criminal Record Check
Bonus: Experience in community care or a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is desirable.
