About the Role

We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead a strong team in a busy setting. In this role, you will:

- Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring your team consistently delivers outstanding service.

- Be a visible presence on the shop floor, motivating your team and driving engagement.

- Build and maintain a high-performing workforce, supporting development and growth.

- Oversee compliance, safety standards, and operational excellence across all stores.

- Manage rosters, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maintain brand standards.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- A minimum of 5 years’ management experience in fast-paced retail.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.

- Proven experience managing stock, merchandising, and operational compliance.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

- A track record of achieving KPIs and driving business results.

- Flexibility to work varied hours in a high-demand environment.

- Full working rights in Australia.

- Experience within big box/large format is desired
