Office Manager

Fresh Food Market Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Office Manager to support our growing business.

As part of our team, you play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. You will manage daily administration, coordinate staff activities, oversee office resources, and ensure our internal systems are well maintained. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help improve workflows and support the company’s continued growth.

Location: Canning Vale WA 6155
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $76,515–$82,000 plus superannuation


Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day administration of the office to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and administrative systems.
• Allocate resources, including staff, workspace, and equipment, to support operational needs.
• Handle correspondence, scheduling, and general inquiries.
• Oversee recordkeeping, databases, and document filing.
• Organize meetings, events, and staff functions.
• Liaise with professionals, suppliers, and stakeholders to coordinate office operations and resolve issues.
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training and onboarding.


About You
• Minimum 1 year of experience in office management or a similar role.
• Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Management, Administration, or a related field, or at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related business tools.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and handle challenges proactively.
