Position Details: The Diploma Qualified Educator supports the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care by planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that promote each child’s learning and development in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF). They work collaboratively with the team to provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.

- Family and Community Engagement
- Teamwork and Leadership
- Compliance and Administration
- Professionalism Requirements:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications.
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and NQS.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in a long day care environment.
- Familiarity with digital documentation platforms (Hubworks)
- Understanding of inclusive education and supporting additional needs

Salary: $75,000 to $77,000 base salary
