Summerland Christian College invites expressions of interest for the role of Faculty Leader – Secondary Mathematics, a strategic appointment focused on driving measurable growth and excellence in Mathematics learning across Years 7–12.

Responsibilities

- We are seeking either:
- - An experienced Head of Faculty with a proven track record of leading successful change in Mathematics education, or

- An accomplished teacher with strong results in improving student learning outcomes who is now ready to step into faculty leadership.

- Model visionary, servant-hearted leadership aligned with the College’s Christian ethos.
- Provide pedagogical direction, data-informed strategies, and coaching to build staff capacity.
- Lead curriculum design, assessment moderation, and academic culture to lift student outcomes.
- Join a highly relational team of Christian professionals shaping young lives for God’s purposes.
