Responsibilities

- Proficiency in advanced computer‑aided calculation and modelling skills, including Microsoft and Autodesk suites (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).

- Continual professional development and enhancement of Revit/BIM skills.

- Detailed understanding of relevant Australian standards, NCC, and building regulations.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to cultivate and maintain interpersonal and client relationships.

- Passion for Building Services Engineering.

- Efficient management of costs and project timelines.

- Attendance at client meetings and site visits.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum six years of experience in the building services industry.

- Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Camel, and the MS Office Suite.

- Relevant tertiary engineering qualification.

- RPEQ and/or CPEng (or working towards) certification.
