About the Role:

  • Lead a team to deliver person-centered care, ensuring high standards of quality and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Foster a positive team environment and demonstrate effective time management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
  2. Address customer queries promptly via various communication channels and provide after-service care, including follow-up calls and surveys.
  3. Develop and update customer service manuals, policies, and guides, while collaborating with other departments to ensure current knowledge.
  4. Recruit and train staff to meet operational needs and manage booking and communication software effectively.
  5. Manage daily tasks, staff rostering, and escalation procedures for complex cases, promoting a culture of empathy and accountability within the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in aged care leadership, with 2+ years in management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, funding, and accreditation requirements.
  • Hands-on leadership style focused on outcomes and resident experience, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • AHPRA RN registration and qualifications in business, health, or management (highly desirable).
