At Arjo, we are passionate about improving lives. As a Sales Specialist in Acute Care, you will play a crucial role in enhancing health outcomes for patients and caregivers while driving financial success. We offer competitive remuneration and long-term career prospects within our global company.

We are looking for a person to:

- Network and Influence: Connect with key opinion leaders in the Acute Care sector across the West Melbourne region

- Customer Relationship Management: Engage facility executives to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Market Expansion: Identify new high-growth markets for our innovative products.

- Strategic Planning: Shape our product strategies by translating ideas into action.

- Revenue Generation: Explore new revenue streams for existing product lines.

- Account Management: Grow, maintain, and retain rental and consumable accounts.

The skills you will need:

- Experience: Minimum 3 years in medical sales or a related field within Acute Care.

- Education: Tertiary qualifications in healthcare (nursing background preferred but not essential).

- Mindset: Embrace a growth mindset, continuously learning and improving.

- Consultative Skills: Authentic, active listening, and exceptional interpersonal abilities.

- Passion: For winning and exceeding customer expectations with genuine enthusiasm.

- Sales Record: Proven record of accomplishment as a driver and hunter for sales.

- Market Knowledge: Understand the Acute Care landscape and existing customer relationships.

- Organisational Skills: Excellent time management, planning, and analytical abilities.

- Technology: Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (Desirable: Salesforce).
