Burger Urge (BU) has been making delicious and juicy burgers for 18 years We believe in making burgers the way they should be. We use premium local ingredients for our delicious, classic, and on-trend recipes.

Burger Urge is a fast-growing and dynamic restaurant chain with a passion for burgers. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Supervisor who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis. You will supervise a team of staff members and ensure that they provide exceptional service to our customers. Additionally, you will oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages, manage inventory and supplies, and handle customer complaints and concerns.

Supervisor Role

- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Create and maintain employee schedules
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that the restaurant is clean and presentable at all times
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Supervisor Requirements?

- Experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
