City of Melbourne, Australia Programmed Full time

The Role

- Location - 1 day per week on-site at their Footscray office

- Hybrid 4 days per week

- Full time 6 months temporary opportunity

- Very attractive day rate on offer

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for service reform.

- Balance customer needs with business requirements to guide product delivery.

- Analyse customer feedback and product performance to prioritise improvements.

- Provide leadership in Agile ceremonies and practices.

- Work closely with technical and business teams.

- Partner with government agencies to test, refine, and launch product enhancements.

We/'re looking for someone who can

- Build strong relationships across teams and agencies.

- Navigate complexity with confidence.

- Translate customer insights into practical solutions.

- Bring experience in agile methodologies, project management, or product ownership (highly regarded).
