We are on the lookout for a motivated and experienced product specialist that will take the reins and lead the execution of our current and future gaming product roadmap.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager - Gaming, you will devise and implement the electronic gaming product strategy, incorporating gaming machines and electronic table games, and deliver new games and technology across all of gaming. You'll be heavily involved in identifying and selecting the right products, systems, and new technology that will position our expanded business for success now and into the future. As a product specialist, you will proactively identify opportunities to enhance revenue and utilise analytical tools to optimise electronic gaming performance, while providing subject matter expert support to gaming operations and the broader SkyCity teams. You will also provide essential support for AML and Host Responsibly program requests, ensuring compliance and efficiency in product and transaction-related matters.

About you

We're looking for a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within gaming products and project implementation, with exposure to gaming operations. You will understand how things work in an integrated entertainment precinct. Strong levels of communication, both verbally and written, a questioning for the status quo, and a desire for continuous improvement will see you succeed in this role, as well as your exceptional stakeholder management, and high levels of technical literacy.
